WP1 – Project management and coordination

The work package main objective is ensuring the coordination and management of the entire project, including day-to-day project and financial management, internal communication, organisation of meetings, reporting, monitoring of deadlines and related actions, monitoring and evaluating project progress and quality, as well as propose corrective measures.

The WP activities include the development of the quality control plan, the risk and innovation management plan and the data management plan.
