The main objective of the work package 1 is to ensure the coordination and management of the entire project, including the day-to-day and financial management of the project, internal communication, the organisation of meetings, reporting, monitoring deadlines and related actions, monitoring and evaluating the progress and quality of the project, and proposing any corrective measures.
