Leader: SAPIO (Months 1-36).
Objective: To manage activities and investment projects linked to green hydrogen production and compression.
Main Activities:
- Stabiliser and accumulators (T2.1): A feasibility study led by RENHIVE for the installation of a lithium battery of about 1.0 MWh. The goal is to store the excess energy produced by the photovoltaic field (which can reach a peak power of 14.7 MWp) to continuously power the main 10 MW electrolyser.
- Small size H2 and O2 production plant (T2.2): A project led by NUTRI-TECH and SAPIO to create a micro hydrogen value chain at the Nutritech premises in Villimpenta. It includes the installation of a 100 kW PV plant and a small electrolyser to produce 4 kg of hydrogen and 32 kg of oxygen per day, designed to power a sustainable zero-emissions aquaponic greenhouse. in WP3.
