An in-house agency fully owned by the Province, AGIRE is the operational arm dedicated to the ecological transition, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting energy efficiency for local authorities, businesses, and citizens. Leveraging extensive experience in managing EU funds, it serves as a technological accelerator for the Mantua region. In the HMV project, its role is focused on management and outreach, acting as the delegated coordinator on behalf of the Province. AGIRE leads the H2 Ecosystem Forum, managing communication and awareness campaigns to foster social acceptance of new technologies. Furthermore, the agency conducts social impact analyses to ensure the hydrogen transition delivers tangible and inclusive benefits to the local community.
