The main objective of the work package 4 is to manage activities related to the design and applicability of business models and marketing activities across the entire value chain, not only for hydrogen production, but also considering:
- Market categorisation: facilitating the use of hydrogen in a wide range of sectors.
- Activities and business cases along the value chain.
- Synergies between value chains.
- Distribution and sales models.
- Green hydrogen business model: necessary policies (own consumption, subsidies, intermediaries, blending, exports) and standards.
