The work package main objective is managing activities on design and applicability of business models and commercialization activities on the whole value chain, not only on hydrogen production, but considering:
- Categorisation of markets: facilitate hydrogen use in a broad range of sectors
- Business activities and cases along the value chain
- Synergies amongst value chains
- Distribution and sales models
- Green Hydrogen Business Model: required policies (own consumption, subsidies, intermediaries, blending, exports) and standards.
