A non-profit research consortium and a Technological District recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), STRESS drives innovation in the construction industry. It collaborates with universities and research centers to develop smart, safe, and low-impact buildings, bridging the gap between academia and the industrial market. In HMV, STRESS supports the Province of Mantua and AGIRE in the strategic management of the distribution work package (WP3).

Drawing on its expertise in Hydrogen Zero Emission Buildings (H-ZEB, H-MOLISE), the consortium will help identify the most suitable technologies for the Mantua context. Additionally, it will work on creating replicable models for export to other regions, particularly in Southern Italy (Campania), fostering the national exchange of best practices.
